Job summary

Iridium Satellite LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a Sales Manager for LATAM to lead campaigns with ANSPs and aviation stakeholders, driving adoption of Aireon's surveillance data and related products across the LATAM region.

You will set campaign strategies in coordination with the Global Sales Director, conduct workshops, and translate complex capabilities into customer value while navigating large government organizations to build trusted relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, aviation, aerospace, or related field.
• 8+ years of aviation sales experience in LATAM with track record in campaigns.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management with government entities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue LATAM ANSP and aviation opportunities, driving adoption of Aireon data products.
• Set up sales campaign strategies with the Global Sales Director and build trusted relationships at multiple levels.
• Conduct workshops to present Aireon's technology and translate technical benefits into customer value.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing on GTM and messaging for LATAM stakeholders.
• Engage with industry forums to raise awareness and generate new opportunities in LATAM aviation.
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast using CRM and report progress to leadership.
• Develop deep relationships across the region as the primary contact throughout the sales cycle.
