Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow between haulers, delivery teams, call center and client teams.
• Maintain on-site presence to ensure procedures are followed.
• Oversee recruiting, processing and performance of haulers.
• Develop vendor relations and manage shipping discrepancy follow-up.
• Interface with customers to ensure effective in-home delivery.
• Maintain monthly operation reports with service scores.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
