Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills for calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and other figures.
• Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals as they pertain to the business and market.
• Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities to develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow for communication between Haulers, Delivery Teams, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams.
• Provide on-site presence to ensure teams follow procedures.
• Oversee recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers.
• Develop and maintain relations with vendors.
• Ensure follow up on shipping discrepancies and damage claims.
• Interface with end customers to ensure in-home delivery.
• Maintain monthly operation reports with statistics and customer service scores.
• Other duties as assigned.
