Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant to support Last Mile operations in Scott City, MO. This role focuses on labor management, training, and daily production coordination in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring metrics, updating SOPs, ensuring safety, and providing coverage for Area Managers. Candidates should be able to work weekends/nights and lift up to 49 pounds, with a 40-hour week plus overtime expectations.

Qualifications

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
High school or equivalent.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Track and report ATS/labor hours.
Occasionally assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP compliance.
Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics.
Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely feedback.
Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
Maintain understanding of workflow and daily production goals.
Review and update SOPs as required.
Ensure work areas remain clean and properly equipped.
Identify and address safety hazards within the work area and participate in safety initiatives.
Coach associates on safe work practices.
Ensure all job injuries are reported timely per policies.
Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
