Job summary

Amazon Process Assistant in Texarkana, AR, is a full-time role within the Last Mile and Rural Super Rural teams. You will manage daily department duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, assign tasks, and coordinate with internal and external partners to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include tracking ATS labor hours, maintaining SOPs, monitoring area performance, and guiding associates while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours
• Occasionally assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP compliance
• Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics
• Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely feedback
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
• Maintain a full understanding of workflow and daily production goals
• Review and update SOPs as required
• Identify and address safety hazards within the work area
• Coach associates on ways to work safely at all times
• Ensure all job injuries are reported timely
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers
