Job summary

RXO Inc. in Garner, NC is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor to lead a team of associates and drive productivity. You will assign work, ensure safe procedures, and monitor inventory while maintaining service levels.

The role requires strong leadership, 2 years in supervision and 5 years in logistics, plus proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and reconciliation.
• Assist with resolving problems to improve associate productivity.
