Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Last Mile Operations to lead a team of associates, drive productivity, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations across the last mile network.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience and 5 years in logistics/transportation, plus strong communication and math skills; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Compensation ranges from $52,000 to $67,500 with eligibility for bonus or commissions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure safety compliance
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and reconciliation
• Resolve problems to maximise associate productivity and correct substandard performance
