RXO Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead a team and drive productivity while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will assign work, instruct on equipment and procedures, monitor tools and inventory, and resolve issues to keep associates productive.

The role requires 2 years in supervision and 5 years in logistics or transportation, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee usage of equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory, monitor levels and reconcile merchandise.
• Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity.
