Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Last Mile Operations to lead a team and drive productivity. You will assign work, instruct the crew, monitor tools and inventory, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm. You’ll need 2 years in a supervisory role and 5 years in logistics or transportation, plus strong communication, math and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and safety, guiding team in housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee usage of equipment and ensure adherence to safety procedures and programs.
• Manage inventory, monitor levels and perform merchandise reconciliation.
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take corrective actions as needed.
