Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role with logistics/transportation exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group performance.
• Instruct on equipment use, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and safety program compliance.
• Manage inventory levels and perform reconciliations.
• Address substandard performance and resolve issues to maximize productivity.
