Job summary

RXO is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor to lead a team and drive productivity in our last mile network. You will assign work, instruct associates on equipment, monitor tools, oversee safety practices, and manage inventory to ensure reliable, on-time delivery.

This role requires 2 years in a supervisory role and 5 years in logistics or transportation, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years in logistics and/or transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in equipment use and maintenance procedures
• Monitor availability of tools, materials, and supplies
• Oversee equipment usage and safety compliance
• Manage inventory and perform merchandise reconciliation
• Assist with resolving issues to maximize associate productivity
