Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor in California to lead and inspire a team toward high productivity and accuracy.

You will assign work, monitor activities, and ensure safe, efficient use of equipment and materials across the last-mile network. The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience, 5 years in logistics or transportation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and maintenance; guide housekeeping.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage inventory and reconcile merchandise levels.
• Assist with resolving problems to improve associate productivity.
