Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Logistics in Delaware to provide essential logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination.

You will work with account managers and drivers to keep loads moving and customers informed, ensuring accuracy in load data for accounting purposes. The role requires at least 1 year in logistics and a solid understanding of the transportation industry.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken, update receivers and customers on status of loads.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrived on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers, ensure on-time delivery; validate load data for accounting.
• Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept/decline loads per guidance.
• Provide detailed directions to properly route drivers.
