Job summary

This role partners with management to optimize delivery networks and ensure on-time, safe, and efficient transportation across the network. The ideal candidate brings hands-on logistics leadership, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and manage schedules and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on policies and procedures.
• Hire, interview, and address staff performance and issues.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and programs.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes; oversee dispatch.
