Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and ensure on-time deliveries for customers. You’ll connect with warehouse teams, delivery partners and customers to guide rescheduling and issue resolution, delivering a positive experience.

Based at a last‑mile delivery warehouse in East Syracuse, NY, you will handle inquiries in-person, by phone and email.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Experience in Customer Service
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
• Experience working with computer and web based tools

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs

• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers

• Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule
