Job summary

Amazon is hiring in New York's Cohoes area for a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide hands-on support at the station and ensure timely delivery experiences. You will interact with customers in person, by phone and email, resolve issues, and connect customers with experts for the latest package information.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule and a customer-first mindset. Based at a last-mile warehouse, you will coordinate with warehouse teams, delivery partners

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching and instant messenger tools.

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
