Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Last Mile Coordinator to audit our installation network and resolve issues across the order lifecycle. The role collaborates with Last Mile 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and installation operations.

Based out of Charlotte, NC, you will audit daily deliveries, communicate via Last Mile tools, reconcile past-due orders, and report on claims and invoicing while supporting cost-saving initiatives across the delivery network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of operational work experience in home delivery and supply chain.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to report KPI performance with data tools.
• Track record of identifying waste and executing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits on Last Mile deliveries until completion.
• Use Last Mile tools for internal and customer communication.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on order updates and issue resolution.
• Reconcile past-due EDC orders and provide region feedback.
• Document claim details and report claim recovery with 3PL providers.
• Validate 3PL invoices; ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Provide ad-hoc delivery and install status reporting.
• Manage integration health between order management and Last Mile systems.
• Support cost-saving projects to enhance operational flows.
