BoozmanHof Regional Eye Clinic in Rogers, Arkansas seeks a Vision Correction Consultant who will guide patients through refractive surgery journeys, educate on LASIK, RLE, EVO ICL, and related options. The role emphasizes relationship-building, patient education, and a consultative sales approach to enhance the clinic's premier vision correction program.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong relationship-building abilities across diverse patients.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, patient-focused attitude with a consultative approach.
• Experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or patient coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with financing and payment options in medical services.
• CRM or lead management experience preferred.
• Healthcare or ophthalmology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and patient conversion to guide inquiries through decision process.
• Educate patients about LASIK, Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE), EVO ICL and other options.
• Schedule and coordinate refractive evaluations and consultations.
• Nurture leads with ongoing follow-up and communications.
• Track lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-surgery metrics.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline reporting.
• Serve as primary contact throughout the patient journey from inquiry to post-op.
• Coordinate evaluations, testing, surgery scheduling, and post-operative appointments.
• Collaborate with marketing on outreach and referral growth.
• Monitor KPIs such as speed to lead, show rates, and satisfaction.
• Support workflow development and scalability of the refractive surgery program.
