Job summary

The role records traceable results, monitors automated equipment, and supports maintenance, quality investigations, and process improvements to meet safety and production goals. The position requires six months to one year of relevant experience, cleanroom familiarity, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of technician experience in high-volume production cleanroom.
• Ability to read sketches, blueprints, and schematics and follow detailed instructions.
• Meets safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in a cleanroom environment.
• Proficient with Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes production tests and inspections according to procedures.
• Records results with traceability for materials and finished work.
• Identifies and escalates nonconformities per quality procedures.
• Operates manual and semi-automated equipment; troubleshoots issues.
• Verifies equipment readiness and performs pre-use checks and calibration.
• Collaborates with engineering on root-cause investigations and process validation.
• Supports continuous improvements for quality, safety, and uptime.
• Trains production team members on assigned processes.
• Completes production builds to meet goals.
• Adheres to laser safety, 5S, and other requirements.
• Communicates status during shift handoffs.
• Maintains organized work area.
