Job summary

Resonetics is seeking an operator for advanced laser machining to process components with minimal instructions, following drawings and written directions. You will work in a team, potentially guiding newer staff and maintaining documentation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to procedure, and collaboration with production leadership. Shift available: Monday-Thursday 4:15 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment with machinery and detailed processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium to high complexity tasks related to customer specific process requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications are met.
• Enter data and report issues as required.
• Take responsibility for required process documentation.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow Supervisor/Production Manager instructions and resonetics safety policies.
• Maintain professional conduct and high performance standards.
