Job summary

Amada America, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and optical systems at customer sites in the Sacramento region. You will follow detailed layouts and blueprints, install equipment, and train customers on line control software.

The role requires frequent travel and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A 4-year degree in Electronics or an equivalent 2-year degree with related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Electronics or a 2-year degree with related work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and follow through.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
• Follow layout drawings and blueprints used in equipment installation.
• Prepare daily service reports and weekly expense reports.
• Communicate in English with customers and team.
• Manage equipment installation at customer sites.
• Travel routinely within assigned territories.
