Power Solutions International/3Pi is seeking a maintenance professional to uphold laser, fabrication, and welding equipment reliability, reducing downtime and boosting uptime across fabrication operations.

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will implement PMs, ensure preventive tasks are scheduled, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance. Strong troubleshooting and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and manufacturing/factory support.
• Formal OSHA safety training.
• Willingness to think outside the box and contribute new ideas for improvement.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Review current laser, welding, and fabrication equipment to identify improvement opportunities and operational issues
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fabrication and laser equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime
• Assist in implementation of CMMS software and support maintenance cost‑reduction initiatives
• Apply structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis to address equipment and process issues
• Partner cross‑functionally and leverage global best practices to improve manufacturing performance
• Deliver direct feedback and make tough decisions when required to resolve operational challenges
• Translate strategy into results with urgency, accountability, and strong follow‑through
• Inspire and empower teams while supporting a culture of continuous improvement
• All other duties assigned by management
