Job summary

Allmetal Inc. is seeking a Laser Technician to manage and support laser welding equipment, including CO2 lasers, cooling, exhaust, gas systems, and compressed air. The role requires hands-on maintenance, procurement, and inventory control.

You will work with production managers and operators to ensure laser welding consistency, assist in equipment upgrades, and coordinate with vendors for parts and service.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of practical experience with CO2 laser welding systems (PRC lasers preferred).
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, circuit boards, and computer controls.
• Familiarity with laser gas, chilled water, compressed air, and exhaust systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot laser issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
