Job summary

Engineering Services and Products Company in Dyersville, IA is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice/Technician I to perform advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance across lasers, robot welders, CNCs, and related equipment. You will work under the Maintenance Manager and VP of Operations to diagnose, repair, and prevent downtime, coordinating with technicians as needed.

Responsibilities include routine PM, calibrations, part replacements, safety compliance, and support for ground and facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field from a technical college or 4-year college is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular scheduled maintenance on systems, machines and equipment.
• Repair broken or malfunctioning machines, equipment and systems.
• Lead machine tool repairs and maintenance projects.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust machinery.
• Calibrate tools, equipment and machines as directed.
• Install new equipment or systems and modify facilities as needed.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
