Job summary

HSG LASER is seeking a field service technician in the United States to install, commission, and train customers on new laser cutting equipment at their sites, ensuring acceptance, safety, and training checklists are signed. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues to maximize reliability, provide operator guidance, participate in exhibitions, and keep detailed service records for future reference.

National travel and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of service experience with laser cutting machines or related industries.
• Diligent, conscientious work attitude with strong execution and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and train customers on new laser equipment at customer sites, ensuring acceptance, safety, and training checklists are signed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Instruct customers on basic machine operations, safety, and metal applications; provide operator training and best practices.
