Brady Corporation in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Technical Support Representative for the Engraving Solutions business. This on-site role provides advanced product support for automated laser engraving and pin marking systems and partners with Brady and Gravotech brands to ensure customer success.

You will handle cases via phone, email, and chat, travel up to 10% for training, and contribute to a high-performing support team with strong troubleshooting and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical support or customer service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems; PLCs and vision systems a plus.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first level of support for highly technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide high-quality technical customer support across our products.
• Use remote tools and testing equipment to isolate issues.
• Work to resolve cases through their lifecycle and meet targets.
• Maintain professional relations with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Stay updated on developments to meet business goals.
• Travel for training as needed up to 10%.
