Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Customer Technical Services Representative for our Engraving Solutions division, servicing Gravotech and Brady brands. You will provide advanced product support for Engraving Solutions and software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of machines and connected systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of product troubleshooting experience with customers
• Mechanical and electronic repair background
• Proficient with remote diagnostic tools and device management platforms
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system integration issues
• Understanding of network fundamentals and communication protocols
• Experienced with CRM/ERP platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Sugar)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical explanations
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work nights and weekends when required

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer technical support for Gravotech products
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Perform remote diagnostics and assist with system configurations
• Manage case lifecycle from intake to resolution with thorough documentation
• Maintain customer records and track trends in CRM
• Coordinate with field technicians for parts and dispatches
• Stay updated on product changes to improve service delivery
