Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a comparable role.
• Associate degree in Procurement, Engineering, Product Development or related field.
• General CAD experience for viewing mold design data; Rhino preferred.
• Ability to analyze mold designs and compare to latest part data; knowledge of laser/CNC, 3D printing or scanning preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP (PO creation) or another ERP system.
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping documentation and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule laser and chemical engraving work; manage Jira board.
• Monitor laser machine availability and utilization.
• Provide monthly production forecasting and revenue tracking.
• Report laser and chemical engraving status and forecasting to Management.
• Perform SAP hour tracking and verification; monitor budgeted vs actual hours.
• Manage incoming and outgoing plant workflow.
• Coordinate and support customer design review meetings.
• Lead weekly incoming workflow reviews with the Sales Team.
• Research best price on components and negotiate pricing to favorable terms.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and logistics for projects.
