Job summary

Standex International Corporation in Maumee, Ohio is seeking a Production and Procurement Specialist to coordinate laser and chemical engraving production from intake to on-time delivery. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and suppliers, using SAP and ERP systems to ensure accurate costing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a related role or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule laser and chemical engraving work, coordinating production workload.
• Monitor machine availability and utilization; report status to management.
• Procure components, issue purchase orders, and reconcile supplier invoices.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and logistics for projects.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via quarterly cycle counts and variances.
