Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a driven Clinic Sales Manager to lead a small sales team, grow revenue, and deliver exceptional client experiences across our clinics. You will craft tailored laser treatment packages, mentor two to five staff, and drive earnings through uncapped commissions and base pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and client needs anticipation.
• Mentor and manage a small team (2–5) to peak performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to meet revenue targets.
• Manage full sale cycle: consult, close, and retain clients.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to pinpoint opportunities.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads.
• Promote treatment packages using persuasive value propositions.
• Seek client reviews and referrals to drive growth.
• Utilize financing options to close deals.
• Coach team members to hit goals and maintain a positive culture.
• Foster strong customer relationships and handle inquiries.
