Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Clinic Sales Manager to lead a small team, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional client experiences across our US clinics. The role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic planning, and coaching to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through tailored treatment packages, analyzing KPIs, and leveraging financing options to close deals while maintaining high service standards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle—consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients.
• Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Seek client reviews and referrals; utilize financing options to close sales.
• Coach and develop team members to meet goals and foster a positive environment.
• Foster strong customer relationships through world-class service.
• Assist clients with questions about treatments; keep information confidential.
• Use computer systems to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and tracking.
