Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Clinic Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This role focuses on driving revenue through consultative sales, coaching two to five team members, and delivering personalized treatment package solutions to clients across the U.S.

It offers a base salary with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits. Lead by example, leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance, and champion an outstanding customer experience as you help clients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Successfully execute established sales processes to achieve robust revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle - consulting, closing, and customer retention.
• Continuously analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients, while educating clients on laser hair removal.
• Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Proactively seek client reviews and referrals.
• Utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service.
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments.
• Discretion with confidential information is a must.
• Utilize various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and tracking sales performance.
