Rewards Network is seeking an Outside Account Executive to drive growth in the Las Vegas, NV territory. This field sales role requires building a pipeline, meeting with decision-makers, and closing deals to expand our restaurant partnerships.

You will develop relationships with new and existing customers, present our offers, and collaborate with account managers to meet quarterly targets. A competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits accompanies this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably in high volume environments.
• Prospector mentality with self-motivation for new business development.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss fees, terms, and financials with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for presentations and meetings.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling and in-person meetings.
• Develop and grow a robust pipeline with decision-makers.
• Build lasting relationships and drive product adoption with new offerings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals including closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve personal and company targets.
• Maintain comprehensive sales records in the CRM system.
