DH Pace Company, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Commercial Operations Department.

You will manage the Las Vegas commercial installation and/or service teams, driving safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes while maintaining top-tier customer service. The role requires directing daily operations, coaching staff, coordinating with customers, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years' performance as Department Manager, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager in the service-provider industry with familiarity and knowledge of construction project management and installation of building materials.
• Experience managing a service or installation team responsible for servicing or installing mechanical and/or electrical products and/or equipment in homes is preferred.
• Must enjoy a hands-on, high-activity environment with deadlines and unmatched customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel associated with efficiently, effectively, safely, and profitably.
• Manage and improve operational processes to maximize profit and customer satisfaction and return business.
• Ensure sold jobs are timely scheduled and performed to meet divisional budgeted sales and gross profit objectives.
• Collaborate to align operating budgets and sales goals month over month.
• Deliver profit dollars and return on sales that meet or exceed annual budget/forecast.
• Hire, train and develop new employees; coach and review performance.
• Lead meetings, set expectations, and hold employees accountable.
• Communicate with customers to solicit feedback, resolve problems, and identify new sales opportunities.
