Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Experience overcoming customer objections and converting opportunities into sales.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as needed.
• Proficient in tech and basic systems such as Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a valid Timeshare Agent License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct persuasive and engaging phone presentations with existing owners and qualified prospects.
• Build trust and credibility while uncovering customer needs.
• Present tailored vacation ownership solutions and product enhancements.
• Confidently ask for the sale and close business using proven sales techniques.
• Effectively overcome objections and navigate customer concerns to drive results.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development programs.
