Informa Festivals in New York is seeking an Event Operations Lead to manage Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas, coordinating the show lifecycle from planning to delivery. The role partners with creative, finance, marketing and procurement to keep on budget, timelines, and safe operations, while mentoring project leads and driving improvements across shows and events.

Formación

• 3-5 years of proven large-scale event experience.
• Las Vegas tradeshow experience preferred.
• Strong planning, prioritization and implementation skills with focus on detail.
• Ability to think creatively and develop bespoke ideas.
• Negotiation and financial/budget management skills.
• Self-motivated and resilient in high-performance, fast-paced environments.
• Dynamic and collaborative team player.
• Self-motivated, accountable and goal-driven.
• Flexible and adaptable; on-site attendance required (3 days/week, may change).
• Ability to travel across shows/time zones, including the Netherlands, Thailand, USA.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full event lifecycle from planning to post-event activities.
• Formulate and control operational budget with Show Operations leadership and finance.
• Collaborate with internal partners (creative, finance, marketing, sales) to provide operational support.
• Work with procurement to secure suppliers for all event needs and maintain relationships.
• Review workflows with cross-functional leads to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Manage and mentor project leads supporting Money20/20 USA.
• Be the main contact for venue items including F&B, internet, power, cleaning, and rigging.
• Coordinate AV, feature and activation briefs from ideation to completion with creative team.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at the event.
• Support sustainability and process improvement initiatives within the operations team.
