Job summary

Informa Festivals seeks a Senior Content Operations Executive to support delivery of a global fintech events portfolio, including Money20/20 USA. Based in our 605 Third Avenue office, you will be key in pre-show and on-site delivery, coordinating speakers, collateral, and guest experiences across time zones.

The role requires strong planning, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum experience in events or operations.
• Spanish speaking is a must.

Responsibilities

• Execute speaker onboarding for Money20/20 USA and bespoke events.
• Coordinate with marketing/product for speaker content across channels.
• Manage speakers inbox and support global shows.
• Produce speaker gifts and exclusive experiences.
• Lead post-show deliverables: feedback, testimonials, photos, follow-up materials.
• Direct speakers lounge and speaker-only areas onsite.
• Coordinate purchasing and shipment of speaker/content enhancements.
• Maintain regional and global speaker tracking documents.
