Job summary

Informa Festivals in New York seeks a Senior Content Operations Executive to support a global fintech events portfolio, including Money20/20 USA. You will lead speaker onboarding, coordinate marketing collateral, and manage speaker communications for on-site delivery.

On-site responsibilities include exclusive speaker experiences, post-show deliverables, and coordinating speaker logistics across time zones. Travel within the US is required, with potential expansion internationally.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum experience.
• Spanish speaking is a Must.
• Demonstrated success in planning, prioritization and implementation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
• Works well within a team.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-driven.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel across the US and potentially to NL/Asia.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive speaker onboarding for Money20/20 USA and bespoke events; manage speaker hub, registrations, VIPs, and session coordination.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure speakers/content are correctly featured across channels (website, emails, social, app).
• Manage and maintain the speakers inbox throughout the show cycle and global shows.
• Lead production and delivery of speaker gifts and exclusive experiences.
• Oversee post-show deliverables: gather feedback, testimonials, and distribute event photos and follow-up materials.
• Direct speakers lounge and on-site speaker-only areas at Money20/20 and special events.
• Coordinate purchasing and shipment of speaker/content enhancements.
• Maintain speaker tracking documents regionally and globally.
