Vertiv in Westerville, OH is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Execution to lead governance for large customer programs within the Large Program Leadership (LPL) organization.

You will own the governance tower, standardize cadences, manage risk, and provide executive decision support to improve program predictability. You will connect Sales, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Services, Finance, and leadership to ensure priorities are aligned, issues are surfaced early,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in program governance, PMO, control tower operations, or large program management within a complex environment.
• Experience building governance models, control towers, dashboards, risk registers, and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Large Program Control Tower across priority customer programs with visibility into schedule, materials, engineering, manufacturing, services, logistics, and risks.
• Define and manage the governance cadence for large programs, including reviews and escalation forums.
• Translate executive priorities into governance plans with milestones, owners, due dates, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain the single source of truth for large-program health with dashboards, risk registers, and logs.
• Drive early identification and escalation of cross-functional risks impacting commitments and delivery.
• Prepare executive-ready governance materials and standardized templates for reporting.
