Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, Ohio is seeking a Director of Large Program Execution to orchestrate multi-region customer programs across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and field teams, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and adherence to scope and committed quantities. The role leads end-to-end program execution, manages risks, provides weekly and monthly performance updates to senior leaders, and drives cross-functional alignment.

Travel up to 20% and on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in demand planning, operations, field services, and/or supply chain within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs at a rapid pace with significant customer stakeholder visibility.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and data analytics using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading successful cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Execution & Control: Master of the Program Gantt linking engineering release, material readiness, and factory capacity.
• Cross Functional Integration: Ensure all workstreams are connected and executing against the same signal.
• Stakeholder Communication & Leadership: Chair bi-weekly executive program reviews summarizing delivery status, risks, and mitigation.
• Program Governance: Lead the cadence: program control tower, recovery standups, E-to-E readiness reviews.
• Delivery Assurance & Accountability: Maintain a 'red line report' of orders at risk and drive recovery plans.
