Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Placement Specialist for its Large Commercial Placement Team in Florida. This on-site role focuses on marketing property and casualty programs for large market accounts. You will gather data, analyze exposures, negotiate terms, and prepare proposals for new and renewal business.

You will collaborate with producers, review policies, and manage submissions via the agency system. A P&C license is required with a degree preferred, and Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take direction when needed.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Market property and casualty programs for large market accounts.
• Gather, analyze, and organize data for submissions and proposals.
• Negotiate coverage terms and prepare renewal proposals.
• Prepare submissions using the agency management system and required affidavits.
• Attend meetings with producers and clients as needed.
• Analyze exposure data and assist with loss-sensitive financial models.
