Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson to large accounts, growing business in assigned accounts.
• Drive local and national incremental selling opportunities with Store Owners/Managers.
• Lead a Pod of Merchandisers and run daily Pod meetings.
• Manage all aspects of sales execution in large format accounts.
• Develop relationships and implement tailored approaches to each store.
• Support Merchandisers on service, displays, and inventory management.
• Learn new technologies and selling skills to grow accounts.
