Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit. The Large Format Sales Representative will generate sales by cultivating relationships with large format accounts and delivering superior service.

You'll rotate and stock products, support promotional activities, and meet safety and field-work requirements while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience
• Strong customer service focus
• Experience managing inventory
• Ability to handle multiple accounts

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson to large format accounts like supermarkets and mass merchandisers
• Generate sales by building relationships, identifying opportunities and conducting business reviews
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, coolers and backrooms
• Provide feedback via key metrics and collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners
• Learn new products and selling skills to grow accounts and improve efficiency
• Execute displays and promotions, including lifting and moving cases (20–45 lbs)
• Operate equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Uphold safety standards and procedures while on the road
