Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manager, Field Service Engineering in Mankato, MN. You will lead the field service engineering group, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability while guiding technicians and resolving complex issues.

The Manager, Field Service engineering has safety, employee, customer satisfaction, and business/financial responsibilities. This position manages the daily activities of the field service engineering group, by taking care of customer needs and managing Service engineers in a manner that makes the Service Department profitable and efficient. This position handles and resolves issues, problems, and complaints. This position must be a resource to customer inquiries.
