Job summary

Optimo is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive loan sales and support regional growth in the assigned area. You will source new customers, present LAP loan products, and guide applicants through onboarding.

Responsibilities include meeting targets, visiting clients, collecting documents, coordinating with credit and operations, and building relationships with local channels while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (financial services or NBFCs preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source new customers for LAP loan products (Loan Against Property).
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursements.
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings to explain loan products.
• Collect and verify documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers to ensure conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with local channels and influencers.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
