Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping duties including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Strong admin coordination with scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records and communications.
  • Professional customer service and communication with clients, interpreters, translators, and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion handling sensitive financial, client, employee, interpreter, and translator information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Generate invoices for interpretation and translation services and create electronic payment links when appropriate.
  • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and track outstanding invoices and payments.
  • Assist with reviewing financial records, researching discrepancies, and supporting reconciliation.
  • Track project numbers, interpreter assignments, translation documentation, and timesheets to support billing and payroll.
  • Manage scheduling of interpreters and translations, and coordinate client communications.
  • Coordinate notarization, copying, mailing, or client pick-up when needed.
  • Maintain organized translation records and file completed translations.
