Job summary

Qualifications

- Previous interpretation/translation experience is preferred.
- Interpreters are on-call and travel to appointments.
- Flexible schedules, including remote appointments, are beneficial.
- Experience in medical, legal, or school settings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality interpretation and translation services where applicable.
- Facilitate communication for clients with limited English proficiency.
- Relay style and tone while maintaining accuracy and neutrality.
- Explain terms that are unclear or culturally nuanced.
- Complete appointment paperwork (timesheets, summaries) promptly.
- Provide interpreting services in meetings, interviews, calls, and group settings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
