Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Nursing (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for system-wide translation and interpretation services and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Leads strategic planning and quality monitoring for language services.
• Develops budgets and oversees staff performance and development.
• Manages relationships with management, staff and medical staff to support LEP and deaf/hard of hearing patients.
