Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Tulsa, OK is seeking a friendly Lane Server for evening and night shifts. You will take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders, and relay menu promotions to guests while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant entertainment setting.

We welcome teamwork, a positive attitude, and a commitment to great guest experiences. Must be 18+ and available on weekends; on-site employment only.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma optional.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials; relay to guests.
• Check back with guests regularly.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
