Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server for part-time shifts in our Texas center. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn menu offerings, and upsell the center experience while ensuring exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Evening and night shifts with weekend availability are required, and applicants must be at least 18 to comply with state alcohol

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
